In PRC Manila

Step 1

Upon entering the premise tell the guard that you will authenticate for PRC documents. The guard will point you to the window on the left side. Accomplish 2 forms for authentication

Step 2

After filling up the form proceed to the cashier for payment, you can choose if you want it regular processing 75pesos or express processing 200pesos. I paid 800pesos for the express authentication of my PRC license, Board Certificate, Board Passing, and rating.
Step 3

Once you receive your receipt, proceed to the window on the right side near the gate.Buy metered stamp(25pesos each) for your photocopied documents, they will be the one who will paste it. As for me, I paid 100 pesos for 4 documents.

Step 4

Go to the respective window to submit your documents

WINDOW J or K( for board rating and passing)

Proceed to window J or K (it is in front of the window where you can buy the metered stamp), after you submit your original document together with the photocopy, you will sign in their log book and the staff will give you the claim stub. I proceed to window J because I choose express authentication.

WINDOW 5 or 6 (for board certification and prc license)

Located inside the main building, window 5 and 6 is near the cashier inside the building. Once you submit your original document together with the photocopy, the staff will give you the claim stub. In my case, my signature in the photocopy of my license is not clear so the staff told me to photocopy it again.

Step 5
            Claiming of documents
                                  Express:  1-2 hours
                                  Regular: 5-7 working days.
After 1 hour I came back to claim my documents in the respective window.

Note: Be sure to check all your documents before leaving the premise to avoid inconvenience.
